Zinter (“Zinter”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates solely as a technology platform facilitating the discovery, coordination, and booking of intercity ride services and does not own, control, or operate any vehicles or transportation services, and this Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of information in connection with access to or use of our website, application, or services, and by accessing or using the platform, the user expressly consents to the practices described herein. Zinter may collect, directly or indirectly, personal information including but not limited to name, contact details such as phone number and email, pickup and drop locations, and any identity or verification details as may be required for compliance, safety, or regulatory purposes; transactional and booking-related data including ride preferences, trip details, and payment-related information processed through third-party payment gateways; and technical, device, and usage-related data including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and interaction logs, all of which may be collected through automated means or third-party integrations. Such information may be processed for purposes including but not limited to enabling and facilitating bookings, allocating rides, enabling communication between users and third-party service providers, improving platform performance and functionality, conducting analytics, ensuring safety, fraud detection and prevention, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Zinter may, at its sole discretion, share or disclose such information with third-party drivers, transport vendors, contractors, service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, or governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required under applicable law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary. Zinter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability with respect to the data handling, processing, or privacy practices of such third parties. Zinter does not sell personal information; however, users acknowledge that information may be transferred, processed, and stored across jurisdictions as required for operational purposes. Data shall be retained for such duration as deemed necessary by Zinter for business, operational, legal, or regulatory purposes, and may be deleted, anonymized, or retained at Zinter’s sole discretion. While Zinter implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, it does not warrant or guarantee absolute security, and shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, breach, loss, misuse, or alteration of data arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of third parties, system vulnerabilities, or force majeure events. Zinter functions strictly as an intermediary technology platform and shall bear no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or behavior of users, drivers, or third-party service providers, nor for any injury, loss, damage, delay, dispute, or incident arising in connection with the ride or use of the platform, and users expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the platform is at their sole risk. Users further undertake to provide accurate and complete information and to exercise independent judgment and discretion while interacting with any third-party service providers. Zinter reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following such modifications shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised terms. By accessing, browsing, or using the Zinter platform, including its website, application, or any related services, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, as may be modified from time to time at Zinter’s sole discretion, and further understands that Zinter operates solely as a technology platform facilitating the discovery, coordination, and booking of intercity ride services between users and independent third-party drivers or transport providers, and does not own, lease, manage, control, or operate any vehicles or transportation services, nor employ drivers or function as a transport carrier, and accordingly any services rendered in connection with a ride are provided independently by such third parties, with Zinter’s role being limited to enabling access and coordination through the platform. All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and other dynamic factors, including pricing variations, and while payment confirms a booking request within the system, it does not constitute a representation or warranty as to exact pickup or drop timings, vehicle specifications, route conditions, or performance of the ride, which remain subject to factors beyond Zinter’s control, including actions or omissions of third-party providers, traffic, weather, or regulatory constraints. Users expressly acknowledge that Zinter does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, for any aspect of the transportation service, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations, deviations, service deficiencies, or conduct of drivers or co-passengers, and that all such matters remain solely between the user and the independent service provider, even in instances where communication or coordination occurs via the platform. Zinter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, reschedule, cancel, or refuse any booking due to operational, safety, regulatory, or other considerations, and any refunds, if deemed applicable, shall be processed in accordance with internal policies without creating any obligation or liability for inconvenience, disruption, or loss of plans. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, maintain appropriate conduct, arrive at designated pickup points on time, and follow reasonable instructions during the ride, and any breach may result in suspension or termination of access without notice. It is further acknowledged that drivers and transport providers operate independently, and Zinter does not control or supervise their driving practices, vehicle conditions, routing decisions, or compliance with applicable regulations, nor does it provide any guarantees relating to safety, suitability, or reliability, and while certain safety-related features or guidelines may be provided, users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment and discretion. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Zinter disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, loss of property, emotional distress, financial losses, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with use of the platform or any ride facilitated thereby, and shall not be held responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather events, governmental actions, strikes, technical disruptions, or force majeure events. Users further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zinter, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or disputes with third parties, and Zinter reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
