How we collect, use and protect information on the ZINTER platform.
Zinter (“Zinter”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates solely as a technology platform facilitating the discovery, coordination, and booking of intercity ride services and does not own, control, or operate any vehicles or transportation services, and this Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of information in connection with access to or use of our website, application, or services, and by accessing or using the platform, the user expressly consents to the practices described herein.
Zinter may collect, directly or indirectly, personal information including but not limited to name, contact details such as phone number and email, pickup and drop locations, and any identity or verification details as may be required for compliance, safety, or regulatory purposes; transactional and booking-related data including ride preferences, trip details, and payment-related information processed through third-party payment gateways; and technical, device, and usage-related data including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and interaction logs, all of which may be collected through automated means or third-party integrations.
Such information may be processed for purposes including but not limited to enabling and facilitating bookings, allocating rides, enabling communication between users and third-party service providers, improving platform performance and functionality, conducting analytics, ensuring safety, fraud detection and prevention, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Zinter may, at its sole discretion, share or disclose such information with third-party drivers, transport vendors, contractors, service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, or governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required under applicable law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary. Zinter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability with respect to the data handling, processing, or privacy practices of such third parties.
Zinter does not sell personal information; however, users acknowledge that information may be transferred, processed, and stored across jurisdictions as required for operational purposes. Data shall be retained for such duration as deemed necessary by Zinter for business, operational, legal, or regulatory purposes, and may be deleted, anonymized, or retained at Zinter’s sole discretion.
While Zinter implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, it does not warrant or guarantee absolute security, and shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, breach, loss, misuse, or alteration of data arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of third parties, system vulnerabilities, or force majeure events.
Zinter functions strictly as an intermediary technology platform and shall bear no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or behavior of users, drivers, or third-party service providers, nor for any injury, loss, damage, delay, dispute, or incident arising in connection with the ride or use of the platform, and users expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the platform is at their sole risk. Users further undertake to provide accurate and complete information and to exercise independent judgment and discretion while interacting with any third-party service providers.
Zinter reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following such modifications shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
