Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the Zinter platform, including its website, application, or any related services, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, as may be modified from time to time at Zinter’s sole discretion, and further understands that Zinter operates solely as a technology platform facilitating the discovery, coordination, and booking of intercity ride services between users and independent third-party drivers or transport providers, and does not own, lease, manage, control, or operate any vehicles or transportation services, nor employ drivers or function as a transport carrier, and accordingly any services rendered in connection with a ride are provided independently by such third parties, with Zinter’s role being limited to enabling access and coordination through the platform.

All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and other dynamic factors, including pricing variations, and while payment confirms a booking request within the system, it does not constitute a representation or warranty as to exact pickup or drop timings, vehicle specifications, route conditions, or performance of the ride, which remain subject to factors beyond Zinter’s control, including actions or omissions of third-party providers, traffic, weather, or regulatory constraints.

Users expressly acknowledge that Zinter does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, for any aspect of the transportation service, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations, deviations, service deficiencies, or conduct of drivers or co-passengers, and that all such matters remain solely between the user and the independent service provider, even in instances where communication or coordination occurs via the platform.

Zinter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, reschedule, cancel, or refuse any booking due to operational, safety, regulatory, or other considerations, and any refunds, if deemed applicable, shall be processed in accordance with internal policies without creating any obligation or liability for inconvenience, disruption, or loss of plans.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, maintain appropriate conduct, arrive at designated pickup points on time, and follow reasonable instructions during the ride, and any breach may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

It is further acknowledged that drivers and transport providers operate independently, and Zinter does not control or supervise their driving practices, vehicle conditions, routing decisions, or compliance with applicable regulations, nor does it provide any guarantees relating to safety, suitability, or reliability, and while certain safety-related features or guidelines may be provided, users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment and discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Zinter disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, loss of property, emotional distress, financial losses, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with use of the platform or any ride facilitated thereby, and shall not be held responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather events, governmental actions, strikes, technical disruptions, or force majeure events.

Users further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zinter, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or disputes with third parties, and Zinter reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
